DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE OF THE "FREED WITNESSES" MOVEMENT Standing up in loving-kindness for all decent, loving Jehovah’s Witnesses and other Friends, we do hereby declare ourselves in favor of an arrangement for much greater safety in worship and life, happier and freer Christian fellowship, great freedom to differ about Bible views and personal matters while also encouraging unity by consideration and loving-kindness. (Romans 14:1-22; Colossians 3:14)  We call the aforesaid overall arrangement for this and such reputable and loving kindred endeavors as may also develop, “the Freed Witnesses,” (Testigos Libres in Spanish) a movement so-named because that is exactly what it consists of, Christians freed from the Watchtower.  Each group of two or three Christians, so long as acting reputably and with love, automatically constitutes a congregation and as such shall upon meeting enjoy full local autonomy to make all of its own important decisions and any desired appointments for service.  A publishing website serving as a helpful example with much handy literature etc is at www.christianwitnesses.com Those in agreement with this Declaration Of Independence from Watchtower to Christ, the Son of God Almighty, (Jehovah/Yahweh) are also welcome to develop their own websites, phone conferences etc.  You are encouraged to let us know about it as you develop local meeting groups so that we can help by putting others in touch with you.  You're no farther now than a phone call or email.
