Chinese (Mandarin) ALERT!  These are facts about the main men in the Watchtower Society over Jehovah’s Witnesses.  They endanger the children of Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Public.  They give orders to the local leaders of Jehovah’s Witnesses.   The local leaders are called the Elders.  Their leaders hide and protect pedophiles among Jehovah’s Witnesses instead of tell other Jehovah’s Witnesses who the pedophiles are.  The pedophiles can more easily hurt the children.  Some Elders of the Watchtower Society are also pedophiles.  (Confirm at silentlambs.org or google.com)  Some sources estimate that from 1945 until now approximately 250,000 JWs and their children have died after refusing emergency blood transfusions.  (ajwrb.org; the book Blood On The Altar by David A. Reed)  Why?  Watchtower Society leaders teach scriptures that say to abstain from blood.  But they do not at the same time teach 1 Samuel 14:31-35.  It shows God forgave Saul’s men who ate meat with blood in it to stay alive.  Also Christ says at Matthew 12:7 that God wants Mercy not Sacrifice.   Watchtower Society leaders also order Jehovah’s Witnesses to shun other Jehovah’s Witnesses who peacefully dissent in beliefs.   This has often destroyed families of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  There are good Elders  and other Jehovah’s Witnesses, but the Watchtower Society’s leaders endanger both Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Public.  Please remember that many Jehovah’s Witnesses are victims of the Watchtower Society, too.  Do not donate any money that helps the Watchtower Society.  If you want to help their children and children of the Public, please donate to help other groups or silentlambs.org.  You also have permission to make and distribute copies of this.   It is from Christians of different beliefs.  We agree the way of Christ is love.  Also families and children need information to stay safe and happy.

CHRISTIANS IN CHINA When Communist China opened up more in the 1990s the West gradually learned the amazing fact that despite continuous great oppression, tribulation or persecution similar to that which had been experienced in earliest Christianity, Christians in China had grown to a number estimated in excess of 50 million!  Few knew that the initial impetus for Christianity's growth in China goes back to a man named Joseph Schereschewsky, a convert from Judaism to Christianity. Joseph Schereschewsky became a missionary to China in the late 1800s, and, although his hands eventually became paralyzed so badly that he could essentially use only one finger, Holy Spirit impelled him to persist 25 years until in the early 1900s he had translated the entire Bible into Chinese and the gospels into Mongolian.   Eventually a Chinese translation of the Bible also touched the heart of a young woman who had a child she called Watchman Nee.   Nee developed from being an energetic mischievious little boy into the man who may well have been the greatest evangelizer ever known to the 20th Century. His life paralleled that of the apostle Paul in many respects as he traveled about China planting and later returning to spiritually water countless small groups of Bible readers who met in their own homes (Philemon 2, Col 4:15, 1 Co 16:19).  Nee taught that each house-meeting Christian should learn how to teach still other people and actually try to do so, gently using the Bible itself; that they should not ask for any salaries, and that they should put kindness and other acts of good conduct above differences with other people.   Being more tolerant over not only different beliefs but people of other nations was something that took much courage for him to teach at the time because Chinese, led by Mao and Sun Yat Sen, were then at war with invading Japanese. Some Westerners have criticized Nee for being “too emotional” or putting too much emphasis on Holy Spirit being an emotional experience.  For example he encouraged Chinese Christians to focus more on being emotionally involved with promoting Christianity, not just reading the words of the Bible but living those words.  All the same, it worked. The movement of Nee's house churches has generally been called "the Little Flock" movement. When Mao's Communists took power they forbade any churches from operating without being under their control, but the Little Flock moved steadily ahead not needing or expecting any formal buildings to worship in and also having no need for leadership above eager unsalaried local servants.  Nee was imprisoned and he died in 1972 but his movement has stayed very much alive. The Little Flock Christians have continuously sought to be respectful of China’s government (Ro 13:1), even though the government at times has used beastly torture and murder on members (Mt 24).   Regardless of such government efforts at suppression, though, the movement’s little home churches have kept spreading, propelled by the power of Christian love. Official efforts have tried to mislead the public into identifying the Little Flock Christians with “the Screamers," a branch of Christianity similar to what in the West have been the Pentecostalism and Holiness Movements.   These other Chinese Christians are similar to the afore-said Western movements in being emotionally expressive or using tongues etc.  So, since Chinese society is conservative, Communist TV has tried to use a focus upon Screamers to discredit Christianity in general by showing imprisoned Screamers’ rolling eyes back in their heads while screaming to God and Jesus. Still, the work which was begun by Joseph Schereschewsky and continued by Nee has grown like a beautiful, powerful fruit tree and borne much good fruitage (Lu 14:13, Acts 6:1, Ga 5:22) as increasingly many people have Chinese seen through the government's propaganda.  The Little Flock houses of God have also spread to Chinese living in neighboring lands such as Vietnam and Indonesia.  Similarly there are underground Catholic churches, meeting in homes or places of nature, unregistered and thus uncontrolled by the Chinese government.  Those much focused on love have also grown and spread. So, for the most part Christianity’s growth in China has been facilitated by the modern house-church movement, which is an arrangement in which people meet in homes or nature and set aside their different views to read a chapter or two of the Bible itself, then, united by love for God and humanity (Mt 22:37-39) enjoy general fellowship, help each other and other people in material and spiritual ways.  Its success has doubtlessly been an influence in the upsurge of home churches being experienced in the Western nations, especially the United States and Canada.   In response, some Western churches have welcomed the house church movement and developed house-located Bible study groups.  Others have seen the movement as a threat and call it an unmanageable cult movement that works to replace their own groups which only hold meetings in large church buildings.
